Services are provided to assist individuals with disabilities to prepare for, obtain and maintain employment. Agency services are eligibility based.
Eligibility is based on the presence of a physical or mental disability (which presents barriers to employment) and the need for MRS services to
reduce or eliminate the barriers. Services provided may include: vocational guidance and counseling, accommodations and assistive technology,
restoration services, training, job placement, job related support services and follow up. Retention services are also available to employed
individuals who may be in risk of losing their employment due to disability.

Training provided in a manufacturing setting includes packaging, light assembly, supervised on-site services. Micro Business Services -
Support provided to individuals in order to start their own small business.

Pre-Employment/Job Placement Services - Individuals are assisted in resume writing, interview skills and are matched with job opportunities.
Job Coaching - Support and training provided on the job until the employee can independently complete tasks. Follow Along - Support in
maintaining job performance by providing ongoing off-site/on-site support. Job Try-Outs - The opportunity for an individual to "try out" a
job before being placed, while also allowing employers the opportunity to assess an individual's employment abilities.
